The problem
A voice agent can only book an appointment if it knows which doctor is in, when, and for what. At a clinic with 40+ doctors that is a lot of moving parts, and every new clinic brings its own rules.
Case study
IGEA's voice agent answers the phone at clinics, and this platform is what it runs on. Each clinic has its own settings, doctors, calendars and working hours, kept apart from every other clinic. The same platform holds appointments and call logs, sends SMS reminders and makes outbound calls. It runs at a clinic with 40+ doctors. I co-founded IGEA and lead its development as CTO.

In an AI product, most of the work is not the AI. It is the platform around it: accounts, settings, calendars, logs, notifications. I build that part too, as a full-stack and backend developer, not only the model on top.
One platform serves every clinic, but each clinic only sees its own data: its settings, doctors, calendars, appointments and calls.
It holds each clinic's settings, the doctors' calendars and working hours, appointments and call logs. It also sends SMS reminders and makes outbound calls.
Yes. I work as a senior full-stack and backend developer as well as an AI engineer: the platform, the dashboards and the AI on top. See how I work with agencies.
