More work than people.
You said yes to more projects than your team can carry. I take one on, or a piece of one, and your team keeps its pace.
For agencies & software houses
I'm a senior full-stack and backend developer, and an AI engineer. Agencies bring me in when there's more work than people, a deadline is slipping or a client wants AI. You get one more senior on the project, at a fixed price, under your agency's name if you prefer.
Sound familiar?
You said yes to more projects than your team can carry. I take one on, or a piece of one, and your team keeps its pace.
The deadline is close and the backlog isn't shrinking. I join the project as it is, read the code and pick up what's holding the release back.
An assistant, a search over their documents, a voice agent. I build it into the product your team is already making, and talk to the client about it if you want.
Too big, or too far from what your team usually builds. With me on it, you can say yes and keep the client.
Hiring a senior takes months and a long commitment. I'm there for the project, and the cost ends when the project does.
Features that call a model on every click get expensive fast. I find where the money goes and cut it without removing features. On one platform that meant about 80% less.
How I work
I can talk to your client directly, in meetings and on calls, or stay in the background and work under your agency's name. You decide, project by project.
I sign one before you show me anything. Your clients, your code and your prices stay between us.
We agree the scope and the price before I start. Half at the start, half at delivery. No hourly meter running.
If it's not right
How it works depends on the size of your agency.
Case studies
Only if you want them to. I can join calls with your client as part of your team, or stay in the background and deliver under your agency's name. You choose for each project, and an NDA covers it either way.
If I work in my repository, you can see a preview the whole time. If you're not happy before I hand over the code, you get your money back. Once you approve the work and the code is handed over, that no longer applies. Larger agencies work in their own repository from day one: if it's not a fit after the first week, that week is on me.
A fixed price per project, agreed before I start. Half at the start, half at delivery.
Yes, with your stack and your code review. Smaller agencies usually start in my repository with a preview, which is what makes the refund possible: if you'd rather start directly in yours, that's fine, without the refund. Larger agencies get their repository from day one, with the first week on me if it's not a fit.
